Partnering with local instructor Rachel Brathen, aka Yoga Girl, classes are offered right off the resort's beach at her new enterprise called Island SUP for $50 per class. There's no better shavasana than when you're lying on a paddleboard with the beautiful Caribbean sea rolling in beneath you.

For a more personalized experience, guests can grab their in-room mat for a little self-led yoga on their private, oceanview balconies—or, go rogue and grab a stand-up paddleboard for an independent sea-inspired shavasana on the Atlantic.

Sandpearl Resort, Clearwater Beach

The Sandpearl Resort boasts incomparable Gulf of Mexico sunrises and sunsets, so yogis can take their pick or enjoy both of the resort's weekend sessions of sunrise and sunset yoga.
